The front desk staff were unbelievably rude. Although they are closed on Sundays, they mistakenly scheduled my appointment for Sunday. When I went on the day I thought was my original appointment, they made me wait an hour and I could not even have a consultation. They rescheduled me for another day but said, “It may or may not be possible that day,” and so on. Then I called because I thought I would be five minutes late, and they said, “You are only coming now?” Are they crazy? The doctor is direct and handsome, but even when I asked questions, it felt as though he had only his own answers, so the consultation was not very helpful. It only left me with more questions. They should probably rehire the entire staff. The facility is spacious. They say you cannot view the CCTV at all. I cannot believe a hospital like this can exist even in 2026. Amazing. Yikes...
