Eye Surgery Reviews

[Clinic A] Review

I went for a consultation because this clinic is known for revision surgery. I did not feel that they examined my eyes in detail; it seemed as though they were checking for remaining skin. They said that although more than 10 years had passed since my last surgery, I had some remaining skin, though not much. They told me to choose between excision if I wanted scar improvement and double-line removal if I wanted to lower the crease. I asked whether the eversion of the outer mucous membrane could be improved. They said it might be difficult. I also said that my eyes currently feel uncomfortable and that I did not want ptosis correction, so they said I could skip it if I was okay with having sleepy-looking eyes. I tried to ask as many questions as possible, so the consultation was relatively long compared with others, but I did not come away feeling fully satisfied. As with other places, rather than tailoring the consultation to my eyes, it seemed they were assessing whether my eyes could be improved using the surgical method the doctor does well. I heard from others that they pursue an extremely natural look, so it seems to match my needs and it remains on my candidate list, but I want to deliberate a little more.
