I had a consultation for ptosis correction + upper eyelid corner opening + buried double-eyelid surgery. After checking in, I first consulted with the coordinator, and then the director came in. The director had a pleasant impression and was very cheerful and funny, lol! However, since most of the consultation time was with the coordinator, I wish I could have consulted a little longer with the director who would actually perform the surgery. ** It seemed like a more dramatic line than my preferred look, so I passed. The coordinator who consulted with me was very kind!! I liked that it would be done under sedation and that aftercare was covered for up to two years. The interior of the plastic surgery clinic was bright and sophisticated, so it felt new. It was clean, and the other staff were kind too, so I left feeling good after the consultation.
