Before<before surgery>After<after surgery>Nose surgery honestly looks easy, but it isn’t an easy surgery.... I spent a really long time just thinking about it, but after seeing my friend’s nose surgery turn out well, I finally got tempted and had the surgery.... I didn’t like that my nasal tip looked blunt and that I had a hump.... My side profile had zero dimension.. What I mean by natural but glamorous is... I wanted the nose surgery not to look too obvious, but for the line to be glamorous(?) lololololol Am I too greedy? When I said that to the director during the consultation, I think he found it ridiculous too because he laughed lololololol When I brought the line I wanted, he said it was a straight semi-upturned(?) line. He said he would keep it natural by not raising the nasal bridge too much, but shave down the hump and raise the nasal tip a lot to make the line I wanted. For the nasal tip, septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. The bulbous nose was reduced slightly too.
Honestly, after surgery it wasn’t painful, and the stuffiness was the biggest thing, because they blocked both nostrils with cotton ㅜ The most painful thing was getting the injection.. I guess it’s hard to find my IV line.. Even when I went to internal medicine before, the nurse had a hard time... because my blood vessels are hard to see ㅜㅜㅜ This time too, the nurse couldn’t find it easily, and that was the most painful and difficult part. The nose surgery itself didn’t make my nose hurt badly or anything. For the hospital, you have to go on the first day, second day, third day, fourth day after surgery, and then again at one week. Still, every time I went, the director checked on me and took care of me, so it was okay. Until one week, the inside of my nose was a little swollen and painful, and there was slight bleeding.... They said it was because it wasn’t fully healed yet and was swollen. After about three more days from there, there was no more bleeding and it was okay. Now there is no pain, and other than being slightly aware of the silicone in my nose that wasn’t there before, there is no discomfort. At first, something suddenly appeared between my eyebrows, so my face felt a bit awkward(?) and artificial at first, but now it has become quite natural lol. After getting my nose done, the area between my eyebrows swelled at first too. I didn’t know that lol. Now it’s okay. I’m quite satisfied with my current nose line!! I have the dimension I didn’t have before!! Of course, surgery needs to be decided carefully, but if you meet a good director and have the surgery done well, I don’t think there is another surgery with satisfaction as high as nose surgery.... I just want to live like this without any issues from now on ㅠㅠ..
