It was a consultation for nose surgery, and maybe because it was a fairly large hospital, I had expected too much. The consultation was short, and in the middle of it the manager came in and stood there, nodding every time the director spoke,,, When I asked to see the before-and-after photos, they said I could look at them together with the manager, so it was a consultation that left me very disappointed.
