I had been getting by with double-eyelid glue, but my eyelids kept drooping more and more, so I eventually decided to get double eyelid surgery. I don’t have very little fat on my upper eyelids, so I was worried I might have to go with an incisional method, but the director said the buried suture method would be enough. He suggested raising the line just slightly at the top and fixing it, so I also had an upper canthoplasty done (one stitch).
Other clinics recommended fat incision or an incisional method, but I liked that this director didn’t ask me to do anything excessive. During the consultation before making the reservation, he was busy and saw me very briefly, but even then I liked the line he marked for me, so I decided to go with this clinic.
On the day of surgery, he carefully designed the line and took a lot of my opinions into account. He does what is necessary and also follows what the patient wants. I’m satisfied with the surgical result overall, and it was nice that after surgery, each patient could rest lying down on a bed in a private room until the sleep anesthesia wore off.
From before surgery, during surgery, after surgery, and up to stitch removal one week later, I was satisfied overall. It’s already a well-known clinic, so when there are many patients, the atmosphere can feel busy, but everyone was kind within that, which I appreciated.
