I had a consultation for my mother’s lower eyelid surgery. Both the staff and the doctor were very kind, and during the consultation they kept telling me to ask anything I was curious about and explained everything in detail. I felt like the doctor had a clear philosophy for running the clinic. Going to a hospital is usually nerve-racking, but they were so kind and warm that I felt comfortable during the consultation.
