For the surgery, the existing silicone was removed and replaced with a new one, and donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage were used for the nasal tip. Nasal bridge (silicone), nasal tip (donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage) A lot of people asked, so I’m writing it here! It seems like many people worry a lot about donated costal cartilage.. I asked the director before doing it.. Of course autologous costal cartilage would be better, but donated costal cartilage also has pros and cons, so I think it would be good to make sure to check thoroughly. For me, it was a bit.. burdensome.. both the scar and the price. In addition, I also had bulbous nose surgery and osteotomy, and only the left nostril wing area was reduced! Maybe because I had surgery several times, even after rhinoplasty, rather than becoming slimmer, it swelled up more. I think it was probably scar tissue The director said he removed a lot of scar tissue~~ There is still some frontal swelling, so it looks a bit plump, but it’s much better than before surgery lol I really, really like the side-profile line, so I keep taking photos only from the side
