First of all, what surprised me was the estimated cost.. lol It is expensive. The consultation was a bit disappointing because I twice got the feeling that the director was trying to end the consultation quickly, saying things like, “Ask the consultant the standard questions~.” The consultant pressured me about the deposit.. I had read about that before going, so I wasn’t surprised, but what bothered me the most was that they said they could only show the CCTV if a problem occurred.!
