The first thing that surprised me was the estimate cost.. lol it's expensive. What was not so great about the consultation was that the director seemed like they wanted to end the consultation quickly, saying things like, 'Ask the manager the standard questions~' and I got that feeling twice. The manager pushing the deposit.. I had already seen that, so it wasn't surprising, and the worst part was them saying the CCTV can only be shown if a problem occurs.!
