I'm sharing a brief summary of what I felt and some review photos.
I had it done by Director ㅈㅌㅇ at a clinic in Apgujeong
I had functional + cosmetic surgery (including ear cartilage) on only the nasal tip. I did not do the nasal bridge. No implant was used
Day of surgery: Blood kept flowing, and because cotton was inside my nose, I couldn't breathe, so it was very uncomfortable. Eating was possible, but because my nose was blocked, it was hard to swallow properly. I had sedation anesthesia, so after discharge, I also had trouble sleeping at night. The pain was not severe.
Day 1 after surgery: Removed the cotton inside the nose and took out the stitches connected to the cotton in the ear. The pain is significant when removing the cotton. I teared up. Still, after a little while it gets okay. There was no bleeding, but blood-tinged exudate kept flowing. From this point, I did not keep gauze on and only wiped away what flowed out. They told me to remove the ear cotton a day later, but it fell off on its own. Taking medicine on time, there is almost no pain. The upper lip is very swollen. The glabellar area between the eyes was pulled toward the nose, causing bruising.
It's still early, and I haven't even removed the splint yet.. so I don't know how it will turn out, but the surgery itself was not very difficult or uncomfortable. The director was also kind. I'll come back after removing the splint ^^
