I had a lot of concerns because, when I usually took photos or looked in the mirror without makeup, the outer part of my eyes looked blocked off and my outer eye corners looked too upturned. If I got lower canthoplasty by incision, it would probably be very noticeable even if I took vacation time... But I also thought a non-incisional method would probably loosen a lot... I kept repeating those thoughts endlessly and then got the non-incisional procedure. After surgery, a lot of blood pooled in my eyes, so people around me did notice in the end. (I think I had pretty strong aftereffects.) It has been 3 months now, and people around me can’t really tell whether something changed or not. Personally, I feel my eyes have definitely gone back somewhat toward their original shape, but when I take photos or look in the mirror, my impression definitely looks softer. And as for the outer eye corners, except that the left side healed slightly rounded, it is barely noticeable.
