My last nose surgery was 10 years ago. For some reason, after about 10 years, the tip of my nose became blunt. In the meantime, the columella looked recessed, so I had filler injected into that area, but it seems like it spread over time. I’m planning to have revision surgery only on the tip of the nose (lowering the columella, lowering the upturned nostrils, lengthening the tip, alar reduction, cat nose surgery).
