They said they pursue a natural line, so I thought of them as my number one choice in my heart and went there, but it was nothing like that.. Also, the surgery schedule before and after the consultation was very tight, so the consultation ended in 3 minutes, which seemed bad even from the patient’s perspective. They never asked about the line I wanted or my preferences, and while I was waiting, a bad phone call came in from a patient who had already had surgery, which made me uncomfortable.
