Consultations were very backed up, so I had a non-face-to-face consultation. Even though it was only a KakaoTalk consultation, they answered quite carefully and kindly, so I paid the reservation deposit right away. When I ask questions about things I’m curious about, the consultant immediately asks the director and answers me, so my expectations for the surgery are gradually rising.
