The consultations were backed up a lot, so I did a remote consultation. I only talked through KakaoTalk, but they replied very carefully and kindly, so I placed the deposit right away. When I ask a question, the manager asks the surgeon immediately and answers me, and my expectations for the surgery keep getting higher.
