I’ve had nose surgery exactly once, but even the little columella I had got completely cut away, so I want to restore it a bit while getting revision surgery. Is it possible to restore the columella at the same time while putting rib cartilage in the nasal tip? Since it’s revision surgery, it’ll be my second time, but some people still say it feels like a waste to use autologous rib cartilage.. Or should I go for consultations and ask whether donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage would be better? I was looking at ㄹㅇ and ㅇㄴㅋ, but one is in Gangnam and one is in Sinsa, so I’d like to get recommendations for just one or two more places around this area ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
