Before/after, before/after, after This is seriously a review of getting surgery after following my friend to Gangnam!! lolol Before that, I had only tried nose filler, and I had never had any other plastic surgery. But a lot of people around me had friends who had gotten plastic surgery, and I live outside Seoul, but a friend who went to Seoul for surgery definitely had her nose line and overall facial vibe change in a more refined way. So I thought, as expected, plastic surgery really should be done in Gangnam, Seoul. I wanted to become prettier before I got any older, so I went for consultations at the hospital my friend went to and at other hospitals I looked into separately. In the end, I did end up getting it done at the hospital my friend went to lol, but I still went around in person to all the consultations before deciding!! (I’m saying I didn’t just blindly follow my friend lol) It’s been a little over a month since surgery now, and even my family and acquaintances who had told me not to bother getting surgery say I became so pretty after doing it lol They tell me I made the right choice lol Even with quick, simple makeup, I look way prettier than when I wore full makeup before surgery!!! For now, it still feels amazing, like, is this really my face? lol
+++ These are the things I felt while going to consultations!! Use them as reference!! Since it was my first plastic surgery, I was scared and super sensitive when going to consultations. If the consultant or staff made even a small verbal slip, my trust would just completely break. I saw a consultant who was obsessed with the deposit, and there was also a hospital where the hygiene(?) wasn’t great..........haha..... At places where the director consultation was good, it was really good, but at places that weren’t good, I regretted it, thinking, why did I even pay a consultation fee, wait this long, and meet this director..?ㅠ Even if a place is famous online, when you actually go for a consultation in person, it doesn’t mean you’ll like everything.
For someone like me who lives outside Seoul, going around to consultations in Seoul isn’t easy, but I still definitely recommend consulting at several hospitals!! The director’s experience and review photos are the basics, so look them up online beforehand and filter out the hospitals you want to skip, then choose about 5 and go in person!!! Of course, you can also go to a hospital where someone you know had good results, but still, let’s objectively check everything that needs to be checked!! After each consultation, I wrote everything down in my phone notes in case I forgot the details. I absolutely didn’t pay a deposit first, and after finishing consultations up to the last hospital, I looked at the notes I had written, compared them, and objectively weighed the pros and cons, and then I came to a conclusion!! (Oh, when I was waiting at the hospitals, I also checked the vibe of the other patients a bit lol)
