It was nice that the director personally handled the consultation. They answered the questions I asked well. The wait after applying numbing cream was too long. It seems they booked several people in one time slot. There were so many Chinese customers that during the whole wait it felt like I had been lying down in China. The procedure was done very quickly, like they were chasing the schedule.
