They say autologous costal cartilage is not often used for a first rhinoplasty, but it seemed that the style I wanted was mostly operated on with costal cartilage~ So I narrowed my list mainly to places with directors who handle autologous costal cartilage well, and when I compared Director Lim's consultation with several other places, it was satisfactory by my standards, so I had the surgery~ I wanted my nasal tip to be definite and raised sharply. I was going for a somewhat flashy style, and they did it well according to the style I wanted. It does not look too much like a witch nose either. At the same time, the nasal tip is definite, so I really like it~
