They say autologous costal cartilage is not used much for the first nose surgery, but the style I wanted seemed to be the kind that is often done with cartilage. So I narrowed my list to places with surgeons who handle autologous costal cartilage well, and after comparing consultations at several places, I was satisfied with Director Im's consultation by my 기준, so I went ahead with surgery. I wanted the tip to be clearly raised and sharp, and I was going for a somewhat glam style, but they made it exactly the way I wanted. It does not look too witchy either. At the same time, the tip is very defined, so I am really happy.
