It’s been a year and a half since my first rhinoplasty, and I’m very satisfied. I do sometimes think, maybe I should have made it a little higher?? But if I had, the nasal tip probably would have felt too pulled I did it with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and there’s no drooping! More than anything, there’s no foreign-body sensation at all; it just feels like my own nose. That’s the part I’m most satisfied with.
