It has been a year and a half since my first nose surgery, and I am so satisfied. I do sometimes think, 'Should I have raised it a bit more??' but then the tip of the nose would probably have been pulled too much. I had it done with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and there is no sagging at all! More than anything, I feel no foreign-body sensation whatsoever, it just feels like my own nose. That is the part I am most satisfied with.
