Before-before-before-before It feels like just yesterday that I made a fuss because I got swelling-related anxiety.. lol Since most people seem to go through that mental-crisis period, I thought I was just one of them and that the swelling would eventually go down! Thinking that way helped me get through it. At Bondi, there is one director, and I liked that he consulted really thoroughly. The exact line I wanted matched what the director had in mind. I wanted a natural-yet-glamorous feel, and I liked that the director picked up on it quickly and pointed out that line with his hand.
After surgery, it wasn’t like “Ah! It hurts!!” It was more like a throbbing feeling, but still okay. Usually the hospital gives you a mask, so bring a zip-up hoodie or a hat with a large brim. A baseball cap won’t fit.
During consultation, I think it’s best to clearly convey the direction you’re aiming for to the director. (“Please just make my face look pretty however you think suits me” XXX)
Um... and everyone preparing for surgery, you cannot check a dramatically complete facial-contour line within a day or two right after surgery!!!!! I don’t know what posts you’ve seen, but if you think about it even a little, you’d know it makes no sense... I hope you automatically ignore posts saying they saw results in just one or two days.
For developed 45-degree cheekbones like mine, shaving is necessary to see an effect. If you only push them in, you won’t see a big effect. You can think of the areas where moving the bone inward is effective as the side and front cheekbones; 45-degree cheekbones are completely different. I hope you carefully check for places that allow you to view the full CCTV recording and places that prioritize safety before getting surgery.
