Before<Before>Before<Before>After<After>After<After>I think I got the surgery after worrying and thinking about it for a really long time ㅠ Since it was a major surgery, I had no choice but to make the decision even more carefully. Because of that, even after consultations I didn’t feel sure and just kept thinking about it, and I couldn’t even set a surgery date, but I finally ended up getting it lol
Right after the surgery, my face was honestly so swollen and puffy that I was embarrassed to tell anyone I had facial contouring done lol My family even teased me, saying it looked like I had gained a ton of weight lol But now a lot of the swelling has gone down, so I can meet friends and eat comfortably, and I’m doing well in daily life without any problems hehe
When I first had the surgery, the inside of my mouth was so swollen and I couldn’t open my mouth well, so I couldn’t even eat properly, and I felt so miserable.. lol But now I can eat anything except really hard foods, and although I can’t open my mouth as wide and freely as I want yet, it’s not to the point where I can’t eat or talk lol After getting the stitches inside my mouth removed, the swelling seems to go down pretty quickly lol
More than anything, I used to hate angles where my cheekbones stood out and my square jaw and chin tip were visible lol But now, no matter the angle, the unattractive parts are gone, so I’m really happy lol Since my face got smaller, the empty space on my face has really decreased, and it kind of feels like my facial features look bigger too? Every time people around me say my face got much smaller, ask if I lost weight, or say I got prettier, my confidence goes up a lot, and I suddenly feel more like dressing up lol I really should have done it sooner; it feels like such a waste that I spent so much time worrying lol
