It’s still hard to fully tell the shape because I still have the splint on, but the doctor showed me photos from right after the surgery. I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it seems like it came out as a semi-ski-slope line, and to me my nose looks slightly upturned....
When I read reviews, people say it looks upturned right after surgery and then comes down a lot, but I didn’t use autologous cartilage for the nasal tip; I used artificial cartilage.
When people say the nasal tip comes down over time, is that mainly when ear cartilage was used? Or does the upturned-looking appearance generally improve as the swelling goes down??...
If the line was made as a semi-ski-slope from the start, it might not come down even if it looks upturned, right??....
