After the surgery, I only saw the director for follow-up, and I have never seen the doctor. I only met the doctor during the pre-surgery consultation, and any problems that came up afterward were handled only with the director. If I said I wanted to see the doctor, they said the doctor was busy and told me to book another day and come back. If I booked and went, I would again see only the director and wait, unable to see the doctor, and it repeated endlessly.. Also, there are doors in the surgery room that connect to the operating rooms. If you know a bit about plastic surgery, you will probably know what I mean.
