After the surgery, I only saw the manager for follow-up visits, and I never got to see the doctor. I only met him at the pre-surgery consultation, and after that, any problems that came up were handled only with the manager. If I said I wanted to see the director, they would say he was busy and ask me to book another day and come back. If I make an appointment and go, I end up seeing the manager again and waiting, without seeing the doctor. It repeats endlessly.. And there are doors in the operating room that connect to the other operating rooms. If you know a bit about cosmetic surgery, you’ll probably understand what I mean.
