About one month after nose surgery (photos + side effects?)

This is my one-month nose surgery review. I asked them to make it as natural as possible, and because my glabella area is narrow, they could only insert about 3 mm of silicone. I'm now gradually meeting friends, and they all say my face looks more refined. I don't think there's a huge difference from before, but when I look at my profile, I definitely think it looks pretty. Nose surgery really does seem to change the side profile a lot. I posted photos around day 9 after surgery, and many people asked me which hospital I went to. After a little over two weeks, I found out this hospital has a lot of talk inside this app right now, so if you ask me the hospital, I can tell you, but I want to say the choice is entirely up to you. Maybe I was lucky, but I think mine turned out well... I also heard it used to have a bad reputation, and there are many reviews saying the silicone in noses is bending these days, so I had a hard time getting my mindset back in order. My nose was really my biggest complex, so I think if you can live with permanent anxiety about an implant because you'd rather be pretty, then nose surgery is something to consider. Honestly, even now I don't know when or how implant complications might happen, so I'm putting money aside in a separate account for a possible revision surgery. Still, I really did become much prettier, so these days I feel like I'm taking a hundred selfies a day. For now, I just want to enjoy it lol. I rambled on a lot, but that's why I want you to decide carefully lol. As before, I'm planning to take the photos down after a week. The photos are from before surgery, day 9, between 4 weeks and one month, and today front view! As for side effects, my dryness is really severe right now, so I'm planning to ask about it when I go in for my one-month checkup. I'll keep posting updates about that part in later reviews at one-month intervals. For now, to summarize the things I was extremely anxious about after surgery: 1. Tip feeling hard, like it's not my nose - Around one month in, I got used to the tip, but when I touch the line from the tip down to the philtrum, it still feels really strange. 2. Heavy nose, foreign-body sensation - After the 4-week mark, I gradually stopped noticing it; now I almost don't feel it at all. 3. Eyes looking too close together - Returned after about a week. 4. Dry nose (the inside of the nose feels like the airway got wider? I had septum correction too, and it feels like something is blocking me horizontally so it's hard to breathe) - still ongoing at one month (having a humidifier helps a bit). I'm going to see the doctor next week. 5. Throbbing pain, redness at the tip - Even now at one month it still comes and goes, but it gets better after I sleep. 6. Pain in the front teeth - Started on day 4 after surgery. When I turned my lip inside out, I had bruising inside my lip too. It felt like my front teeth were being squeezed so tightly, almost like after orthodontic treatment. When I asked the doctor after removing the splint, they said the surgical instruments go in near the teeth during surgery, so bruising can happen and cause pain. About two weeks later, both the bruising and the pain disappeared completely. To wrap up, I think the best thing after nose surgery is to stay away from the internet, look at your prettier nose, and spend all day taking a hundred selfies. There is nothing worse for mental health than worrying unnecessarily because of possible complications that may or may not happen. That's it for this review! I'll take the photos down soon!
