The doctor explained the surgery method in detail before the operation without saying much, just: “The material will be silicone. The advantage over Gore-Tex is this. End.” He did not have any consultation with the patient about the nose line, tip shape, or anything else, and said he could handle it on his own. In the end, I am now looking into a second revision surgery. A truly regrettable choice
