Since it's nearby, I often go there for factory-style procedures. If you know clearly what you want, it's nice because you can receive only what you want without excessive recommendations. For procedures, it was convenient to choose mainly the ones with decent cost-effectiveness, and since I made a reservation before going, there wasn't much waiting.
