I just went after reading reviews, so there was no advertising cost. The director is the very confident type, and since it was a revision surgery, he realistically told me what the patient wants and what can actually be done.. Thanks to that, I got a lot of things to ask at other places.. The director did take questions, but somehow he seemed busy.
