At first, they said it seemed like there wouldn’t be any fat to remove, but after looking with ultrasound, they said there was a lot of fat, so I had the surgery with high expectations. But instead, asymmetry that I didn’t even know existed before became more noticeable, and one side of my jawline? cheek? line became uneven (It’s not the usual indentation side effect from liposuction; the jawline itself is sunken in deeply. I think it might get better if I do fat grafting, so I’m looking into fat grafting for the uneven area.)
