I’m really satisfied right now, but I also want to hear everyone’s opinions haha. Everyone here gives kind and helpful comments!! (I’m also debating whether to do my arms!)
First, to tell my story..! I’ve been a lifelong professional dieter, gaining and losing weight, and about 5 years ago I lost around 40 kg with prescription medication + exercise. For a few months, the weight dropped quickly while taking the medication, so I did it feeling good, you know? But at some point I hit a plateau, the smell of the medicine became so nauseating, my mind felt strange, and I started saying so much nonsense, you know? From then on I got really worried.. So I stopped the medication, and I didn’t go exercise much either. Since I wasn’t taking the medication, my eating habits got even worse than before due to the rebound effect, so I gained a lot of weight, and once I gained weight, I hated going to exercise even more..ㅠㅠ
After neglecting my body like that for years, I decided to get married this year, and from March I lost 20 kg through exercise and diet alone. I really went at it like my life depended on it, but as the diet period got longer, I started to loosen up a bit. Meanwhile, the wedding kept getting closer ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
I thought I couldn’t go on like this, so I started looking around here and there.. I searched a lot and went to many consultations too.. sigh Liposuction was too scary for me (because of the memories of taking diet medication for a long time and feeling mentally abnormal, surgery somehow felt scary to me for no clear reason..) So I decided on fat-extraction injections and had the procedure done in the Haeundae area, close to my home and workplace.
Today I received the last procedure included in the package, and the consultant said that because I’ve gained and lost, gained and lost weight so severely, my skin elasticity has dropped a lot, so she recommended elasticity care. So I decided to add that too! Honestly, I kind of wanted it too haha
I’m now debating whether to do my arms too. What do you think??
