I got a consultation because a rounded, naturally glamorous-looking nasal tip is my style. As expected, there was a wait, but the consultation with the director was thorough and pretty good. It felt like the nose shape and style I had in mind matched well? Personally, rather than having the columella cut away and the nasal tip built up high, I think it looks refined when the rounded line from the columella to the nasal tip is preserved. The director also emphasized the columella and seemed to prefer shaping the nasal tip so it comes out rounded and naturally glamorous. They didn’t say it would definitely turn out exactly like the photos I brought. Since I really don’t have much of a columella, they honestly told me they couldn’t bring it out that much and would bring it out while preserving the columella as much as possible. I liked that part too. Seeing how they explained a solution tailored to my nose, I think it’s a decent place to get a consultation.
