During the consultation, they might recommend double-line dissection, but there are so many opinions saying you should avoid double-line dissection if possibleㅠ I currently have an outline crease, so I want to change it to an inline crease. Do you absolutely have to do double-line dissection regardless of how much extra skin there is?
