The satisfaction rate for under-eye fat repositioning must definitely be high, right?? I’m in a regional area, so I’m wondering if I should go to Seoul Would Seoul be better after all.. ㅠㅠ As I looked into under-eye fat repositioning, there’s Encore and the regular one..
