Before <For reference, this is before surgery; I had 3 types done> After <When there was swelling and bruising... lol> After <Now, 1 month later, with the bruising and major swelling gone!> For the past month, I've been focusing on getting postoperative care at the hospital!
I was hospitalized for one day at the hospital > and discharged the next day
Around day 2 or 3, I went back to the hospital once more for treatment~
I got shampooing and swelling care!
I think I went to the hospital about 4-5 times just during almost one month lol
Among the ultrasound and radiofrequency care, honestly, the shampoo service where they did it for me ㅠ was my absolute favorite~
Seriously... when you've had various surgeries and it's hard to move your body... there's no service like that ㅠ
When I was at home, I sat up or walked a little bit and tried to reduce the swelling as much as possible..
Anyway, they said blood circulation has to work properly for the bruising and swelling to go down well..
Now, from the outside, the bruising and swelling do look like they've gone down a lot~
But I still have a feeling like my teeth are being tightened? so I'm not opening my mouth wide yet
At 1 month... is this much before-and-after okay?
At this pace, the swelling is going down quickly, right!?
Looking at other people.. there seem to be a lot of people whose swelling lasts a really long time ㅠ
I do feel like I still have a long way to go ㅠ lol
