Actually, a major side effect of under-eye fat repositioning is that the eye shape changes.. I guess you could call it an epicanthal fold; it became deeper, so I remember feeling very depressed in the beginning. Still, the area under my eyes did smooth out a little, but the under-eye fat disappeared, so there is a hollow, and the inner corner of the eye became pointed. I think these are side effects of all under-eye fat repositioning procedures.
