Actually, a major side effect of lower eyelid fat repositioning is that the eye shape changes.. I think it was called an epicanthic fold, but that got deeper, and I was so depressed at first that I remember it clearly Still, the area under my eyes did smooth out a little, but because the lower eye fat disappeared, there is hollowing and the inner corner has become sharper I think these are side effects of lower eyelid fat repositioning
