Still, Director Kim Jong-yoon told me there wasn’t much bleeding so I could recover quickly, and I was grateful that he kept taking care of me ㅠㅠ Day 2 after two-jaw surgery The pain is less than I expected, but my face starts swelling a lot.. seriously hahaha My throat is a bit sore and dry, but I felt more alert than yesterday! Day 3 after two-jaw surgery Wow… my face got even more swollen and tight. After being discharged and going home, I ate a little porridge and my condition got a bit better? lol.. At this point, I just rested and relaxed~ Day 4 after two-jaw surgery Two-jaw swelling at its peak~ My face was the most swollen. It was still hard to eat, so I mainly ate light porridge and drank New Care! Day 5 after two-jaw surgery The swelling in my face went down a little. I could feel my lips little by little, and when eating, I could taste the food a bit. Days 6–7 When it had been a week, I came to the hospital for disinfection and laser treatment. The manager welcomed me kindly, and I had questions, but she counseled me well too, so I was touched ㅠㅠ After the laser, my face was less swollen, and I could eat more foods like porridge! Director Kim Jong-yoon also said when checking my progress that I was improving a lot and would keep recovering well haha
At week 2 after two-jaw surgery, I visited to have the stitches removed~ Brushing my teeth also became more comfortable haha. After week 3 passed, the swelling in my face really went down a lot, and meals were fairly comfortable too~ Aside from being careful while eating, life returned to normal hahaha But the orthodontic appliance was a little uncomfortable..
At month 1, I had changed a lot in just one month after two-jaw surgery!!! People around me said I looked pretty and younger, so I was so happy!!! The swelling from two-jaw surgery went down, and I could start eating rice and soft foods haha I lost about 3 kg compared with before two-jaw surgery.. After one month from two-jaw surgery, I started orthodontic treatment~! My mouth may be a little uncomfortable because of the orthodontic appliance, but I think I’ll get used to it hahaha
Month 3! My friends were making even more of a fuss >_<!! They said I became much prettier than before~ My friends were even happier!! The swelling from two-jaw surgery was almost all gone, and it was getting more and more natural. The facial asymmetry improved a lot too, and my face became shorter overall, so I’m very satisfied! But I was still careful with food even in month 3! I think more time was needed ㅠㅠ
This month, I had the screws removed! I thought it would hurt, but it didn’t hurt at all! I’m just waiting for the day I can get my braces off. The swelling is almost all gone, and I heard a lot from people around me that my face is small and that the two-jaw surgery turned out so well!! haha I received so many compliments! I’m spending every day in a good mood~ I really felt that the power of two-jaw surgery is amazing!
