Before <Before surgery 1> Before <Before surgery 2> After <post-op compression garment> After <post-op upper arm> After <after abdominal and upper-arm liposuction surgery> I had liposuction on my abdomen and upper arms, and all I can think now is that I should have had the surgery earlier. It’s already been over half a year, and it’s almost going to be a full year soon, so I came to write this because I thought I should post a review around now. I had my abdomen done at the same time as my upper arms, and everything was done at one hospital. I usually exercise, but it was hard to slim down my upper arms and abdomen in a short period, and it wasn’t easy to feel satisfied either, so I ended up choosing surgery. Of course, now it turned out well, so I have no regrets and I’m satisfied! I’ll post my before-and-after surgery photos and go! I wore the compression garment until after 2 months, and in the early post-op period I wore it almost like underwear
At first, the compression garment itself was uncomfortable and I wasn’t used to it, so moving around and putting it on and taking it off were difficult and painful.. Even going to the bathroom in the beginning came with pain and discomfort, but it didn’t last long. As the swelling and bruising went down, fibrotic hardening appeared, and during this time I got a little worried, but when I received aftercare and managed it with massage, it improved as if time was the answer. Of course, that was just my experience haha!
Now I’m working hard as a maintenance dieter doing home workouts. Because of COVID, I can’t go exercise outside, so even after surgery I’m trying to keep up with my diet and exercise regularly. I never want to go back to how I was before surgeryㅠ
