For my first procedure, I got nose filler. My nose had a slight hump and a drooping tip, and I got it in the bridge and the tip. It hurt a bit when it was injected around the columella? area, and the rest was tolerable!! I'm satisfied with the result haha It's been about 2 years It has spread a little, but it didn't go completely back to how it used to be...? Still, the tip droops a bit Filler doesn't last forever, after all. But for people who are scared of rhinoplasty, I think it's worth getting.
