I had a consultation with Director Lee Min-cheol 2 years ago, and I remember the consultant kept complimenting my eyes and discouraged me from getting ptosis correction/eye shape correction. The director said things like, for most Korean people, a pretty outfold is impossible because of the Mongolian fold; if I remove fat, my eyes will look sunken, so I shouldn't; and incisional double-eyelid surgery is less likely to come undone than buried-suture surgery.
