I went for a consultation the year before last. I remember the director being very kind and having a gentle way of speaking. I didn't have surgery here, but I hadn't written down the cost and got curious, so I asked again later. They suggested no canthoplasty x, no ptosis correction/eye shape correction x, and doing 3-point natural adhesion.
