I had non-incisional ptosis correction, and I’m about 80% satisfied with the result. I wanted to discuss the part I was unhappy with, but when I called, it felt like the staff were judging whether to block me from making an appointment, so I’m very disappointed with the service aspect. I eventually managed to get a consultation, but I was also disappointed by the director’s attitude, as they didn’t seem willing to accept it.
