I didn't even get to see the director, so that's why it's 2 stars. I don't know who the person who handled my consultation was, but I told them what kind of surgery I wanted, and they just laughed and said, 'Hah... that's not it. That won't solve it. You should just get a brow lift.' I was shocked lol I also work in the medical field and have done a lot of consultations, but if you consult people like that, nobody will have surgery.. I'm not sure if they still work there, but unless you're certain, don't consult people like that... I didn't even say I wanted something huge; I only said, 'My double eyelid has loosened, so I want to do it again' haha. Then you could just note that and say revision surgery is possible, but if that doesn't work there are these other methods, right? On top of that, their tone was just aggressive, so I didn't want to keep talking. When I asked how long I had to wait, they said I might not even get to see the director today lol Why are they even taking appointments... I just left without seeing anyone.
