I just wanted the columella to come out well, and just this much for the nasal tip. Thinking that wanting anything more would be shameless, I had the surgery with that mindset. I told the director that too, and this time I don’t think I’m getting ahead of myself, I really think it might be a success. It seems to have turned out the way I wanted.
