Before/after/after/after Originally, what I wanted was one of the celebrities that everyone here commonly puts on their list. I thought that if I got a nasal implant and raised the nasal tip dramatically, I’d get those facial features too. But while going around to consultations here and there, I heard about side effects too, and it hit me hard, so I forgot about it for a while. Then I started thinking that I wanted to try a surgery with no implant, not even dermis or cartilage added, just really only osteotomy for the hump.
There were very few clinics willing to do that. They said it would be better to put in silicone, or better to lay even a thin layer, or they talked about dermis and said it would support it well~ but what I wanted was really only “osteotomy,” and I wanted to keep my natural, original nose. When I had comfortably put plastic surgery at a distance for a while, I realized there was no problem with the height or shape, and the only issue was the hump. So I think I looked for a lot of places that could meet my needs. I think I even searched through and went to places said to be good at no-implant rhinoplasty. hehe...
The reason I decided to have surgery here was that when I requested only hump-nose osteotomy, they kindly explained the surgical method without acting like it was strange? And just because it was only osteotomy, they didn’t dismiss it or leave out aftercare. So it hasn’t been long since the surgery, but I’m very satisfied. Everyone, I hope you think for a long time about what you really want to do and what kind of nose you want!
