When looking into revision rhinoplasty, does everyone check whether an anesthesiology director is on site? Even if they’re not always on site, would it be okay as long as they say they have an anesthesiology director?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
